Preorders

Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Release, production, fulfillment, and shipping dates are estimates only and may change.

Delays caused by printing, production, shipping carriers, supply-chain issues, weather, holidays, COVID-19, public-health events, or other circumstances outside of our control do not create a right to cancel, return, or receive a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ChellaH Productions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect deliveries, or undeliverable packages caused by an inaccurate address, refusal of delivery, or carrier-related issues after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery issues, tracking updates, or package claims.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds after an order is placed, except where required by applicable law.
